Rosemary Turkey Chops
Items Needed
4 Turkey Chops
4 T of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
4 Rosemary Sprigs
1t of black peppercorn
Sea Salt (to taste)
In a small bowl, mix the rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic, and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil together. Coat the turkey chops with the mixture, massaging it into the meat with your fingers. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.
Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in an oven-proof sauté pan over high heat. When the oil is shimmering hot, sear the turkey chops on all sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat, cover and set aside to rest for a few minutes.

- 2 ounces Aloe Juice
- 1 tsp. Vinegar
In a glass measuring cup, mix all ingredients. Place the solution in a glass droplet bottle or twist cap plastic bottle. Evenly disperse the solution through your hair. Using a plastic cap and a warm towel, cover your hair and allow the treatment to sit for 30-60 minutes before shampooing.

Pet Rosemary Wash
Rosemary can also act as a natural flea repellant. It can be made into a pet wash for your dog. This will repel fleas while leaving your pet's coat silky, glossy, and smelling beautiful.
Items needed
2 cups of Water
1 cup Rosemary leaves
1 cup Plantain leaves
Aloe Vera Juice or Gel
Strainer
Glass Jar
Bring the 2 cups of water to boil. Once you reach a boil, add rosemary leaves and plantain leaves. Allow the combination to simmer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove from heat and strain the herbs into the glass jar. Allow the water to cool and then add your aloe Vera. Store the unused rinse in the refrigerator to preserve. For lathering shampoo, add 1 tablespoon of all natural Castile Soap. Use the rinse on the next doggie bath
