4 Turkey Chops
4 T of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
4 Rosemary Sprigs

In a small bowl, mix the rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic, and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil together. Coat the turkey chops with the mixture, massaging it into the meat with your fingers. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.
Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in an oven-proof sauté pan over high heat. When the oil is shimmering hot, sear the turkey chops on all sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat, cover and set aside to rest for a few minutes.

Items needed
2 cups of Water
1 cup Rosemary leaves
1 cup Plantain leaves
Aloe Vera Juice or Gel
Strainer
Glass Jar
Bring the 2 cups of water to boil. Once you reach a boil, add rosemary leaves and plantain leaves. Allow the combination to simmer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove from heat and strain the herbs into the glass jar. Allow the water to cool and then add your aloe Vera. Store the unused rinse in the refrigerator to preserve. For lathering shampoo, add 1 tablespoon of all natural Castile Soap. Use the rinse on the next doggie bath
